The manners and etiquette training package focuses on refining your dog’s innate behaviours to reinforce good social etiquette, both at home and in public. You can expect to learn: • Leash handling skills • Off leash etiquette • Emergency recall • Polite car manners • Relaxation protocol • impulse control o Loose lead walking o Good door manners o Passing dogs politely o Settling on a mat under distractions o Greeting people politely without jumping on them This course is spread out over 4 weeks and is intended for dogs that are 6 – 18 months old. The package includes: • Treats • Toys for you to keep • Courteous citizen skills certificate • Professional quality photos/video clips to watch back after Requirements: • Proofed basic foundation skills • Your dog must be fully vaccinated and additionally vaccinated against canine cough/vanguard Remember that consistency and patience are key when training your dog. Each dog is unique, so progress may vary. The most important thing is to build a strong and loving relationship based on positive experiences.
